Following the success of Harvest in a box, The Gift of Years Team went on to make a Remembrance video with an accompanying box of resources to make a display and to encourage the sharing of stories and memories. The care homes who participated expressed their appreciation for our support and help to mark Remembrance in a meaningful way.
